There are then numerous free plugins and themes to enrich your website and make it stand out :). You, however, have to pay for the hosting. There are lots of hosts out there. I'll recommend www.nickelpro.com though. Other hosts just kinda lease server space to you (leaving you to figure out how things work), but Nickel Pro does that and makes sure your site is up and running just as you want it, and are on stand by to elp you do anything that's too "technical" for your liking 24/7.
